We are a 100% Smoke Free Hotel (in and outside your room, and hotel areas) Ashtrays are available at hotel accesses.

Visitors are only allowed in the lobby.
The Access to the rooms, the use of the facilities, beach chairs and umbrellas is exclusively for Ixchel registered Guests.
All unattended objects will be sent to the front desk.
For your safety, please do not swim more than 50 meters into the ocean.
At Ixchel, having a good rest is important, so we ask that all voice levels and other noises be kept to a minimum from 11:00 pm till 9:00 am.
The Access to Guerrero Street will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, after that, the access will be through Hidalgo Avenue.
