and Cancellation Policy
- The more restricted policy applies for mixed season stays
- Requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (American Express, Master Card and/or Visa)
- Check-in time 3 pm/Check-out time 12:00 noon
- No pets allow
- Extra bed USD 20.00 (only suite units)
- Extra adult USD 15.00
- Extra adult plus extra bed USD 30.00 (only suite units)
- Policy varies according to the following periods:
Yearly except christmas & new year
3 night minimum stay/ 50% deposit after 7 days of confirmation notice. Full payment time limit 21 days prior arrival date. Failure will result in an automatic cancellation and full deposit penalty charge. No refunds for no show or cancellation beyond full payment.
Christmas & new year
Dec-20/2008 thru jan-03/2009
6 night minimum stay / 50% deposit after 7 days of confirmation notice. Full payment time limit 30 days prior arrival date. Failure will result in an automatic cancellation and full deposit penalty charge. No refunds for no show or cancellation beyond full payment.
