May 01-2010 thru Dec 20-2010 & Jan 03-2011 thru Apr 30-2011
- 50% deposit for confirmation notice
- The full payment (other 50%) to be collected 30 DAYS prior to arrival
- Subject to a ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION CHARGE the 50% deposit is refundable with 30 DAYS (or more) cancellation notice prior to arrival
- The full payment failure will result in an automatic cancellation and the 50% deposit to be considered as penalty charge
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR
Dec 21-2010 thru Jan 02-2011
- 50% deposit for confirmation notice
- The full payment (other 50%) to be collected 60 DAYS prior to arrival
- Subject to a ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION CHARGE the 50% deposit is refundable with 60 DAYS (or more) cancellation notice prior to arrival
- The full payment failure will result in an automatic cancellation and the 50% deposit to be considered as penalty charge
GENERAL REMARKS
- The more restricted policy applies for mixed season stays
- Any payment accepted via credit card (American Express, Master Card or Visa)
- No pets allowed
- Extra beds US20.00, extra adult US15.00 and extra adult + extra bed US30.00
- Extra bed are available to all rooms except East Wing standard rooms
